The aftermarket sales and parts division was established in the summer of 2001 in response to the growing demands of Havtech's existing customer base. Havtech wanted to better serve their customers by providing a sales staff that specialized in the smaller unitary equipment. The need also existed for a specialized parts staff to assist our contractors and building maintenance engineers in achieving the continued smooth and efficient operation of their units. Our staff continually receives factory training to stay informed on all product lines.

The parts division supports both the Washington and Baltimore sales force. They have direct access to both warranty and non-warranty parts for any product sold by Havtech. In many instances, they have access to parts for other unitary equipment lines as well. Why go through the hassle of trying to contact the manufacturer direct? We have the contacts in place and can make it as easy as one phone call to get your replacements parts delivered to your door tomorrow. We currently stock many common items and they are available for same day pick-up. Maybe you have an older unit and are not sure who you should contact. Simply call us and our dedicated staff can assist you. In most instances, we will be able to find a replacement part even for the most outdated units.

Our sales staff is also available to do an on site inspection of your equipment. They can recommend the most efficient products to service your specific needs and help to keep you informed of the operational status and expected lifespan of your equipment.
