Direct-Expansion DOAS
A packaged approach for conditioning up to 100% outdoor air without relying on a central chilled-water plant. KCC’s DX systems are designed for demanding ventilation and humidity-control applications, including low supply-air dew-point requirements.
Chilled-Water DOAS
Built for projects that want to use existing chilled-water infrastructure while adding dedicated outdoor air and dehumidification capability. This configuration gives project teams another way to manage ventilation loads without adding a separate DX system.
Air-Source Heat Pump DOAS
Provides heating, cooling and dehumidification for up to 100% outdoor air in an all-electric configuration. It is a strong fit for projects pursuing electrification while still requiring precise outdoor-air treatment.
Water-Source Heat Pump DOAS
Connects dedicated outdoor-air conditioning to a building’s water-source loop. This configuration supports heating, cooling and humidity control while fitting projects already designed around water-source heat-pump infrastructure.
