Fluid Tech, Integrated Environmental Systems, and Thermaltech Form Strategic Alliance with Havtech
Columbia, MD — Fluid Tech, Integrated Environmental Systems (IES), and Thermaltech have formed a strategic alliance with Havtech, combining their expertise to serve customers across western Pennsylvania, southeast Ohio, West Virginia, and western Maryland. Together, the organizations will deliver industry-leading HVAC solutions and support across the full lifecycle of commercial systems.
Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Sewickley, PA, Thermaltech represents Daikin Applied, Daikin Comfort Technologies, and several other leading manufacturers. IES, established in 1990 and based in Bridgeville, PA, is recognized for its expertise in custom mechanical and airside solutions and will align with Havtech to represent Price Industries in the western Pennsylvania market. Fluid Tech, founded in 1992 and headquartered in McMurray, PA, has long represented Baltimore Aircoil Company (BAC) and other leading hydronics manufacturers.

The combined operations will represent many of the industry’s most respected brands, including Baltimore Aircoil Company, Daikin, Price Industries, Nortek Air Solutions, and others featured on the Havtech Pittsburgh line card.
Over the coming months, integration activities will take place as Thermaltech, Fluid Tech, and IES begin operating as Havtech. Once complete, the businesses will operate as Thermaltech LLC, a member of the Havtech Group, and do business as Havtech.
