Havtech Expands Market Presence and Capabilities with Acquisition of the Morin Company, Morin Distribution, and Prillaman Systems
Havtech announces the strategic acquisition of The Morin Company, Morin Distribution, and Prillaman Systems, expanding its market presence, technical capabilities, and customer support across the Mid-Atlantic.
The Morin Company and Prillaman Systems are well-established representatives of hydronic systems equipment in Delaware, Maryland, central Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. This acquisition, combined with Havtech’s 2022 acquisition of Fluidtech, the Baltimore Aircoil Company (BAC) representative in western Pennsylvania and West Virginia, forms the new Morin Hydronics LLC, a member of the Havtech Group and a regional leader in hydronic solutions.
Morin Distribution will continue to serve service contractors, building owners, and operators with more than 150 years of combined experience in cooling tower replacement parts, equipment, and supplies. As part of the Havtech Group, Morin Distribution will partner closely with Havtech Commercial Distribution to enhance operations and improve customer experience through shared people, facilities, and resources.
