The design team optimized both passive and high-performance design strategies to reduce energy consumption and drive efficiency across all systems. Our solution contributed to the Wilde Lake Middle School delivery as the first Net Zero Energy school in Maryland. The school was awarded the 2019 ASHRAE Technology award and received the LEED Platinum certification.
